About The Boho Babe

Hi, Babe! My name is Lauren and I am the "Boho Babe" behind it all.

Growing up in rural Illinois (a town of 800- and I think they were counting dogs) unique fashion was not accessible. From the start, I would like to say that I always had a sense for fun fashion ( in high school I only wore sweat pants one day.. and I had perfect attendance!). When going shopping, I was always faced with big box retailers that carried the most bland items, most of which my peers were also wearing. I craved something unique, fun, and more "me". After leaving my small town and moving to Dallas, TX, I finally found outlets that had pieces I resonated with. However, being a typical broke college student, the prices of these pieces did not match my wallet or expectations. It was then that I had the concept of bringing quality, affordable and unique fashion to those who may not have it. Fast forward a few years, I had finally gone through College and saved up enough to start The Boho Babe. Empowering women to be bold in their fashion without taking a toll on their wallets. Established in June 2021, The Boho Babe has been running online, at many Pop Up Events, and a temporary storefront opened in Edmond, OK in Nov. 2022. I hope to one day drive this brand all around rural locations, like I had once grown up in. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting The Boho Babe.
